SkyRC Power Switch V2 12v 10A
SKYRC microprocessor controlled on/off switch for RC cars. A simple push button acts as a switch and thus eliminates the well-known problems such as loose contacts or similar that often occur with mechanical switches.
The plastic housing is sealed and, thanks to its compact size, can be installed almost anywhere on the model with double-sided adhesive tape, but with the three mounting holes it also fits perfectly on the transponder holder.
Two different push button covers are included for the user to choose from.
This switch also supports LiPo mode, if activated the switch automatically switches off if the voltage is too low to protect the LiPo from deep discharge. However, this mode can be disabled if other protection devices are already in place or if the switch is operating in NiMH / NiCd mode.
The switch also informs you at all times about the current capacity status of the battery.
Switch settings:
1. NiMH/NiCd batteries
To switch on, press and hold the switch for one second. The "PWR" power LED illuminates.
To turn off, press and hold the switch until all LEDs turn off. The "PWR" power LED indicates the remaining battery capacity at start-up.
2. LiPo batteries
To turn on, press and hold the switch for more than three (3) seconds. The "PWR" power LED and the LIPO LED will illuminate.
To turn off, press and hold the switch until all LEDs turn off. The "PWR" power LED signals the remaining battery capacity at power on.
